- Do you pick up from my Melbourne hotel?
- Yes. All day tours include pick-up and drop-off at central Melbourne hotels and major CBD points. Tell us your address when you book and we'll confirm your exact pick-up time the night before.
- How big are the groups?
- We cap every day tour at 21 guests and most departures run with far fewer. If you'd rather have the bus to yourselves, book it as a private charter.
- Can I cancel or change my booking?
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Inside 48 hours we'll do our best to move you to another date.
- Are the tours suitable for kids and older travellers?
- Absolutely — we're a family business and most tours suit all ages. Let us know about mobility needs, child seats or dietary requirements and we'll plan around them.
- Do you run private charters as well as tours?
- Yes. We charter 1 to 21 seat vehicles with a professional driver for weddings, corporate groups, winery days, airport and cruise transfers anywhere in Victoria.
