- Where and when do you pick us up?
- Pick-up is anywhere within 5 km of the Melbourne CBD, departing at 6:45am and returning about 8:00pm. The tour runs for 11–12 hours.
- Can we cancel or change the booking?
- Cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up for a full refund. Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before pick-up get a 50% refund, and within 24 hours the fare isn't refundable.
